On October 12, 2024, the MALA (Make America Love Again) Art Rally took place at Hood College featuring a one-of-a-kind artwork exhibition alongside the debut of books and other creative content by Taurean Washington, the CEO and founder of Cr8n St8n.

Washington, who coined, trademarked, and copyrighted the term “MALA,” drew inspiration from the last four letters of Presidential Candidate Kamala Harris’s first name. The rally served as a powerful act of activism, promoting love and unity through a diverse array of music, film, art, and more. Attendees experienced a celebration of creativity that encapsulated the essence of the MALA theme, fostering a sense of community and positive change.
