The City of Frederick was pleased to kick off Black History Month with the Black History Month Cultural Connection Panel on Monday. This cultural celebration highlighted the meaningful work of local nonprofit organizations providing essential services for the Black Community in Frederick. Guests had the opportunity to engage in a meaningful panel discussion with nonprofit leaders from:
- Whole Heart Center
- Empowering Community Leaders Network, Inc.- ECLN
- Black Health Equity Coalition
- Women Solve
- I Believe in Me INC
