During the presentation the audience was asked to complete a survey about including art and other design elements in the center.

Dozens of residents attended the Monday meeting to review diagrams and ask questions; elected officials including City Council members Katie Nash and Derek Shackelford were present and took part in the discussion with staff and consultants. Discussion around program options, opinion-of-cost ranges, and visual site concepts that will guide the next phases of community outreach and design. The City continues to solicit public input through online surveys and follow-up engagement so that final designs reflect local priorities for recreation, arts, aquatics, and programming.
