Wednesday’s drop for Music Video Week is daMOOD’s “Cupid. Bang Bang!”

Directed by Mirror Room Media, “Cupid. Bang Bang” depicts a story about The video begins in monochrome frames that gradually become colorful as Ricole, the lead vocalist/rapper is seen walking downtown. As he begins to spit, he is seen being followed by an adaptation of Cupid. With casual scenes of him hanging out with his friends and other outings, Retro is blindly being closely watched and often confused by Cupid’s imaginary interference.


Always missing the bang bang of Cupid’s bow and arrow by chance, the rapper finally catches Cupid in the alleyway and ends the suspenseful cat and mouse love game. Ricole and his friends ultimately jump Cupid while band members are seen picking up instruments. Is this daMOOD’s way of saying f*ck love? What do you think? Press Play.
