OUT40 hosted its first annual 40 Fest, a celebration of local artists and businesses on the Golden Mile. Over 20 Frederick musicians performed; business vendors were in tow, all taking place at the Frederick Towne Mall. Check out photos and footage from the day!
From bass beats to slush cones, 40 Fest brought out the community to celebrate music, small business, and diversity and inclusion. Performers included Shantique the Realest, Stitch Early, J-Fuze and so many others. The Walkersville Branch of Frederick County Libraries dished out library cards to attendees. Peanut butter ribs and jollof rice were being sold by the plate. DJ Marcus El spinned the 1’s and 2’s. What a day to remember!
